What we may earn
Some licensed lottery operators run affiliate programmes. When we join one of these programmes, we may earn a commission if you click a link from our site and then open an account or make a purchase. We only join programmes run by operators licensed by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR Queensland). We do not promote unlicensed operators under any circumstance, whether or not they offer us money.
What we don't earn
We do not accept payment simply to write about a particular operator or to rank one above another. We do not charge operators for inclusion or removal from our guides. We do not receive commission from unlicensed sites. Any money we earn comes only from the affiliate programmes of licensed operators, and only when our readers complete a signup or transaction.
How we mark sponsored links
Every link to an affiliate programme carries the attribute rel="nofollow sponsored". This tells search engines and browsers that the link is a commercial relationship. You can view the source code of any page to check. Our editorial decisions—what to cover, what odds to publish, what warnings to highlight—are made before and independently of any commercial arrangement. Commission potential never influences our editorial choices.
