If your complaint is about a lottery product, a prize payment, a ticket dispute, or a player account issue, you must contact the operator directly. Escalate to the Queensland regulator if needed. If you have complained to the operator and they have not resolved your complaint within a reasonable time, lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR Queensland). OLGR regulates licensed lottery operators and investigates misconduct.
